Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes Diced
- 1/2 Cauliflower Diced
- 1 Broccoli Diced
- 200 g Streaky Bacon Diced
- 400 g Chicken Breast Diced
- 1 Maggi Cream of Chicken Soup Mix
- 1 c Cream
- 1/2 c Milk
- Salt/Pepper
- 1/2 c Cheese Grated
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a saucepan of water until just soft, drain the water and add the potatoes to a large oven proof dish
- Steam the cauliflower and broccoli in a saucepan of water until just cooked, drain the water and add to the oven proof dish
- Cook the chicken and bacon in a large frying pan until brown, then add to the oven proof dish
- Combine the chicken soup mix, cream and milk in a bowl and pour over the chicken & veges. Season with salt and pepper
- Top with grated cheese and bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 mins at 180°C
