Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes Diced
  • 1/2 Cauliflower Diced
  • 1 Broccoli Diced
  • 200 g Streaky Bacon Diced
  • 400 g Chicken Breast Diced
  • 1 Maggi Cream of Chicken Soup Mix
  • 1 c Cream
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1/2 c Cheese Grated

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan of water until just soft, drain the water and add the potatoes to a large oven proof dish
  • Steam the cauliflower and broccoli in a saucepan of water until just cooked, drain the water and add to the oven proof dish
  • Cook the chicken and bacon in a large frying pan until brown, then add to the oven proof dish
  • Combine the chicken soup mix, cream and milk in a bowl and pour over the chicken & veges. Season with salt and pepper
  • Top with grated cheese and bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 mins at 180°C
