Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the pasta)
Dice the bacon and onion. Crush the garlic cloves
Add the butter to a large frying pan. Brown the bacon, onion and garlic for 6-8 minutes
Grate the carrot and courgette. Add to the frying pan with the tinned tomatoes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley and cream. Stir, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes; until the carrot and courgette simmer down and incorporate into the sauce. Add a small amount of water if the sauce is too thick
Cook the dried spaghetti pasta according to packet directions. Drain the water once cooked
Add the cooked spaghetti to the frying pan and toss in the bacon and tomato mixture. Taste and season with salt and pepper

Can add in 1/2tsp of dried chilli to give it a good kick
