Mixed Dried Fruit, Seeds, Nuts, Chocolate
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line a slice tray with non stick paper or grease with butter
Soften the butter and beat with the sugar until pale and creamy
Add the egg and golden syrup to the butter, beat to combine
Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl
Mix the butter and flour mixture together until combined
Add the coconut and rolled oats to the mixture, stir to combine
Add the assorted nuts and dried fruit, mix gently to combine
Pour the mixture into the lined slice tray and press down with your hands or the back of a spoon
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before cutting in slices
Store in an airtight container
