Mexican Mince Wraps

Beef Mince

Tin of Tomatoes

Tin of Chilli Beans

Tomato Sauce

Capsicum

Tin of Whole Corn Kernals

Sour Cream
Instructions
Slice the onion and add the mince and onion to a large frying pan; brown for 6-8 mins
Add the tinned tomatoes, chilli beans and tomato sauce to the fying pan and simmer for 8-10 mins
Slice the capsicum and add to the frying pan
Drain the tin of corn kernals and add to the frying pan; stir and simmer for 1-2 mins
Warm the wraps in the microwave for 10-15 seconds
Slice the avocado
Place some of the mince mixture on the wraps, top with avocado and sour cream
Serve
