Satay Pork Dippers

Pork Steaks

Peanut Butter

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Tin of Coconut Cream

White Sugar

Instructions
Dice the pork steaks and thread onto tooth picks or kebab sticks
Add the oil to a large frying pan and cook the pork skewers until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle
Cook the rice according to packet directions
Add half the tin of coconut cream, peanut butter, 1tsp of sugar and sweet chilli sauce to a small saucepan.
Simmer over a medium heat until the sauce thickens
Peel and dice the carrots. Simmer in a saucepan of water with the green beans for 10 minutes. Drain the water once cooked
Once the rice is cooked, add half a tin of coconut cream and 1tsp of sugar to the rice and combine
Serve
