Creamy Chicken, Mushroom & Spinach Gnocchi

Ingredients

Gnocchi

Baby Spinach Leaves
Salt/Pepper
Instructions
Dice the chicken breast, onion and mushrooms. Crush the garlic cloves.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, season the water with salt: preparation to cook the gnocchi
Add the butter to a large frying pan. Brown the chicken, onion and garlic for 5-6 minutes
Add the mushrooms to the frying pan and brown for 2-3 minutes
Add the chicken stock powder, garlic powder and dried parsley to the frying pan. Stir to coat
Add the cream to the frying pan, stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Add a little bit of extra cream if needed
Add the gnocchi to the saucepan of boiling water, simmer until the gnocchi rises to the top of the water. Drain the gnocchi
Add the gnocchi and baby spinach leaves to the frying pan, stir to combine
Serve
