Add the egg, milk, water, vanilla and condensed milk to a separate bowl. Whisk to combine
Add the condensed milk mixture to the flour and whisk well to combine
Heat a frying pan over low/medium heat. Add 1tsp of butter at a time. Add spoonfulls of the hot cake mixture to the frying pan. Allow to cook until bubbles form on each hot cake, then flip and cook the other side
Serve warm with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
