Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 125 ml Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 60 ml Maple Syrup
  • 126 g Blueberries

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl
  • Add the egg, milk, water, vanilla and condensed milk to a separate bowl. Whisk to combine
  • Add the condensed milk mixture to the flour and whisk well to combine
  • Heat a frying pan over low/medium heat. Add 1tsp of butter at a time. Add spoonfulls of the hot cake mixture to the frying pan. Allow to cook until bubbles form on each hot cake, then flip and cook the other side
  • Serve warm with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
