Ingredients

Broccoli
2
Rashers of Streaky Bacon
1/4
Red onion
1/2
c
Cheese
Diced
1/2
c
Mayonnaise

tsp
Wholegrain Mustard
Instructions
Dice the broccoli, add to a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender, remove from heat and run under cold water
Dice the bacon and cook in a frying pan until crispy
Dice the red onion and cheese, place all of the ingredients in a bowl
Mix together the mayonnaise and wholegrain mustard and stir through salad
Serve
