Ingredients

  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • 2 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 1/2 c Cheese Diced
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard

Instructions

  • Dice the broccoli, add to a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender, remove from heat and run under cold water
  • Dice the bacon and cook in a frying pan until crispy
  • Dice the red onion and cheese, place all of the ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix together the mayonnaise and wholegrain mustard and stir through salad
  • Serve
