Ingredients
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 2 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1/2 c Cheese Diced
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
Instructions
- Dice the broccoli, add to a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender, remove from heat and run under cold water
- Dice the bacon and cook in a frying pan until crispy
- Dice the red onion and cheese, place all of the ingredients in a bowl
- Mix together the mayonnaise and wholegrain mustard and stir through salad
- Serve
