  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 4 Pita Pockets
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 4 Slices of Ham
  • 1/2 c Cheese


  • Slice the pita pockets in half
  • Spread the pizza sauce on one half of the pita
  • Grate the cheese or slice thinly and place on top of the pizza sauce
  • Place a slice of ham on top of the cheese
  • Place the lid of the pita pocket on top of the cheese
  • Add a drizzle of oil to a frying pan, brown the pita pocket on both sides, continue to cook until the cheese has melted. Alternatively, cook in a sandwich press
  • Allow to cool before slicing
