Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 125 ml Milk
- 125 ml Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 125 ml Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 60 ml Maple Syrup
- 126 g Blueberries
Instructions
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl
- Add the egg, milk, water, vanilla and condensed milk to a separate bowl. Whisk to combine
- Add the condensed milk mixture to the flour and whisk well to combine
- Heat a frying pan over low/medium heat. Add 1tsp of butter at a time. Add spoonfulls of the hot cake mixture to the frying pan. Allow to cook until bubbles form on each hot cake, then flip and cook the other side
- Serve warm with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
