Ingredients

Self Raising Flour

c
Milk
2
Eggs
2

Cheese
Salt/Pepper

Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease or line a 12 hole muffin pan
Add the flour to a mixing bowl with the milk and eggs, beat well until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste
Grate the cheese and add to the mixing bowl, stir to combine
Add the mixture to the muffin pan and top with the black sesame seeds and little bit of extra grated cheese
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and completely cooked in the centre
Serve warm with butter and vegemite (optional)
