Cheese Muffins

  • 2 c Self Raising Flour
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 c Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Grease or line a 12 hole muffin pan
  • Add the flour to a mixing bowl with the milk and eggs, beat well until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Grate the cheese and add to the mixing bowl, stir to combine
  • Add the mixture to the muffin pan and top with the black sesame seeds and little bit of extra grated cheese
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and completely cooked in the centre
  • Serve warm with butter and vegemite (optional)
