Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the spaghetti)
Dice the bacon, slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Brown in a large frying pan for 6-8 minutes
Slice the mushrooms and add to the frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the chicken stock powder, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley and flour to a small mixing bowl. Add the cream and whisk with a fork to combine. Add to the frying pan and bring to the boil, simmer until the sauce thickens
Add the spaghetti pasta to the saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Drain the water once cooked
Add the mixed vegetables to a small saucepan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes
Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the frying pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper
