Add the chicken drumsticks to a large oven proof dish, add the butter
Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, sweetener and chilli powder to a small bowl, stir to combine. Pour over the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat. Bake uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes, turn occasionally
Add the bok choy leaves to the oven dish for the last 5-10 minutes of cook time, stir to coat in the juices
Dice the cauliflower and steam in a small amount of water in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes
