  • 4 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1 Bunch of Bok Choy
  • 2 c Cauliflower


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Add the chicken drumsticks to a large oven proof dish, add the butter
  • Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, sweetener and chilli powder to a small bowl, stir to combine. Pour over the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat. Bake uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes, turn occasionally
  • Add the bok choy leaves to the oven dish for the last 5-10 minutes of cook time, stir to coat in the juices
  • Dice the cauliflower and steam in a small amount of water in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes
  • Serve
