  • 500 g Pork Steaks
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tin of Coconut Cream
  • 2 tsp White Sugar
  • 2 c Rice
  • 250 g Green Beans
  • 3 Carrots


  • Dice the pork steaks and thread onto tooth picks or kebab sticks
  • Add the oil to a large frying pan and cook the pork skewers until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle
  • Cook the rice according to packet directions
  • Add half the tin of coconut cream, peanut butter, 1tsp of sugar and sweet chilli sauce to a small saucepan.
  • Simmer over a medium heat until the sauce thickens
  • Peel and dice the carrots. Simmer in a saucepan of water with the green beans for 10 minutes. Drain the water once cooked
  • Once the rice is cooked, add half a tin of coconut cream and 1tsp of sugar to the rice and combine
  • Serve
