Ingredients

  • 400 g Beef Mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tin of Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin of Chilli Beans
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1 Tin of Whole Corn Kernals
  • 8 Wraps
  • 1 Avocado
  • 150 g Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Slice the onion and add the mince and onion to a large frying pan; brown for 6-8 mins
  • Add the tinned tomatoes, chilli beans and tomato sauce to the fying pan and simmer for 8-10 mins
  • Slice the capsicum and add to the frying pan
  • Drain the tin of corn kernals and add to the frying pan; stir and simmer for 1-2 mins
  • Warm the wraps in the microwave for 10-15 seconds
  • Slice the avocado
  • Place some of the mince mixture on the wraps, top with avocado and sour cream
  • Serve
