Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 c Self Raising Flour
- 1 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 c Cheese
- Salt/Pepper
- 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Grease or line a 12 hole muffin pan
- Add the flour to a mixing bowl with the milk and eggs, beat well until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Grate the cheese and add to the mixing bowl, stir to combine
- Add the mixture to the muffin pan and top with the black sesame seeds and little bit of extra grated cheese
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and completely cooked in the centre
- Serve warm with butter and vegemite (optional)
