Ingredients
- 500 g Pork Steaks
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tin of Coconut Cream
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- 2 c Rice
- 250 g Green Beans
- 3 Carrots
Instructions
- Dice the pork steaks and thread onto tooth picks or kebab sticks
- Add the oil to a large frying pan and cook the pork skewers until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle
- Cook the rice according to packet directions
- Add half the tin of coconut cream, peanut butter, 1tsp of sugar and sweet chilli sauce to a small saucepan.
- Simmer over a medium heat until the sauce thickens
- Peel and dice the carrots. Simmer in a saucepan of water with the green beans for 10 minutes. Drain the water once cooked
- Once the rice is cooked, add half a tin of coconut cream and 1tsp of sugar to the rice and combine
- Serve
