Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Broccoli

Chicken Coating

  • 2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 c Flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Add the chicken drumsticks to a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and coat in 1tbsp of oil
  • Add the ingredients for the chicken coating to a small bowl, stir to combine. Add to the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat evenly
  • Place the chicken drumsticks on a wire rack on top of a baking tray, cook in the oven for 45-60 minutes, turn occasionally
  • Peel the slice the potatoes into chips, toss in 1tbsp of oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a non stick baking tray and cook in the oven for 35-40 mintes
  • Peel and slice the carrots, dice the broccoli. Steam in a small amount of water for 8-10 minutes
  • Serve
