Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 8 Sausages
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt/Pepper
- 1 tin of Tomatoes
- 1 tin of Pureed Tomatoes
- 1 Packet of Maggi Devilled Sausages Mix
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Broccoli
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves
- Add the oil to a large frying pan, add the sausages, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, brown for 6-8 minutes
- Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and devilled sausages mix to the frying pan. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally
- Peel and dice the potatoes, boil in a large saucepan of water until soft. Drain the water and mash with the butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper
- Peel and slice the carrots, dice the broccoli. Steam in a small amount of water in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes
- Serve
