Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 8 Sausages
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 tin of Tomatoes
  • 1 tin of Pureed Tomatoes
  • 1 Packet of Maggi Devilled Sausages Mix
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves
  • Add the oil to a large frying pan, add the sausages, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, brown for 6-8 minutes
  • Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and devilled sausages mix to the frying pan. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally
  • Peel and dice the potatoes, boil in a large saucepan of water until soft. Drain the water and mash with the butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper
  • Peel and slice the carrots, dice the broccoli. Steam in a small amount of water in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes
  • Serve
