Ingredients
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Courgette
- 1 Tin of Tomatoes
- 1 Tin of Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 250 g Dried Spaghetti Pasta
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the pasta)
- Dice the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Brown in a large frying pan with the mince
- Grate the carrot and courgette, add to the frying pan with the tinned tomatoes and pasta sauce. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper
- Add the spaghetti pasta to the saucepan of boiling water and cook until just soft. Drain the water once cooked
- Serve the mince on top of the spaghetti
