  • 300 g Beef Steak
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 4 White Button Mushrooms


  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt/Pepper


  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Add a knob of butter to a large frying pan or BBQ. Cook the steaks to your liking; rare, medium, well-done. Allow to rest
  • Slice the zucchini lengthways. Add a knob of butter to a frying pan, season the zucchini slices and whole mushrooms with salt and pepper. Brown for 8-10 minutes
  • Serve the chimichurri sauce on top of the steak and the grilled vegetables on the side

Chimichurri Sauce

  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic cloves, add to a bowl with the oil, red wine vinegar, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes
