Ingredients
- 200 g Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 8 White Button Mushrooms
- 2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 2 tsp Flour
- 250 ml Cream
- 250 g Dried Spaghetti Pasta
- 3 c Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- Salt/Pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the spaghetti)
- Dice the bacon, slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Brown in a large frying pan for 6-8 minutes
- Slice the mushrooms and add to the frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add the chicken stock powder, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley and flour to a small mixing bowl. Add the cream and whisk with a fork to combine. Add to the frying pan and bring to the boil, simmer until the sauce thickens
- Add the spaghetti pasta to the saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Drain the water once cooked
- Add the mixed vegetables to a small saucepan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes
- Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the frying pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper
- Serve
