Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Broccoli
Chicken Coating
- 2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/4 c Flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Add the chicken drumsticks to a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and coat in 1tbsp of oil
- Add the ingredients for the chicken coating to a small bowl, stir to combine. Add to the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat evenly
- Place the chicken drumsticks on a wire rack on top of a baking tray, cook in the oven for 45-60 minutes, turn occasionally
- Peel the slice the potatoes into chips, toss in 1tbsp of oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a non stick baking tray and cook in the oven for 35-40 mintes
- Peel and slice the carrots, dice the broccoli. Steam in a small amount of water for 8-10 minutes
- Serve
