Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion
- 1 kg Kumara
- 300 g Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Packet of Maggi Creamy Chicken Soup Mix
- 300 ml Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan Bake
- Dice the chicken into small cubes. Slice the onion. Add to a large casserole dish
- Peel and dice the kumara, add to the casserole dish
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the casserole dish
- Add the chicken soup mix and cream to a small bowl, whisk with a fork to combine. Add to the casserole dish and stir to coat the chicken and vegetables
- Cover the casserole dish with a lid or tinfoil. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes of cook time to brown the chicken up and simmer the juices down
- Serve

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- 1 Jar of Heinz Carbonara Sauce
- 300 g Dried Pasta
- 300 g Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the pasta)
- Dice the chicken breast, slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves, season with salt and pepper. Add the oil to a frying pan and brown the chicken, onion and garlic for 6-8 minutes.
- Add the carbonara sauce to the frying pan, stir and simmer the chicken uncovered for 10-15 minutes
- Add the pasta to the saucepan of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes, add the frozen mixed vegetables, cover and continue to simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Drain the water once cooked
- Combine the cooked chicken with the pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat in the carbonara sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper
- Serve

Ingredients
- 400 g Beef Mince
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tin of Tomatoes
- 1 Tin of Chilli Beans
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1 Tin of Whole Corn Kernals
- 8 Wraps
- 1 Avocado
- 150 g Sour Cream
Instructions
- Slice the onion and add the mince and onion to a large frying pan; brown for 6-8 mins
- Add the tinned tomatoes, chilli beans and tomato sauce to the fying pan and simmer for 8-10 mins
- Slice the capsicum and add to the frying pan
- Drain the tin of corn kernals and add to the frying pan; stir and simmer for 1-2 mins
- Warm the wraps in the microwave for 10-15 seconds
- Slice the avocado
- Place some of the mince mixture on the wraps, top with avocado and sour cream
- Serve

Ingredients
- 3 c Diced Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 250 g Streaky Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 300 g Penne Pasta
- 2 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
- 150 ml Cream
- Salt/Pepper
- 200 g Green Beans
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil (preparation to cook the penne pasta)
- Peel and dice the pumpkin and cook in a large saucepan of water for 20 mins; until soft
- Slice the onion and crush the garlic cloves
- Add the butter to a large frying pan, add the bacon pieces, onion and garlic and brown for 6-8 mins Add the penne pasta to the saucepan of boiling water and cook for 8-10 mins, drain the water once cooked
- Add the chicken stock powder, dried mixed herbs, flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix with 1c of water
- Drain the water from the cooked pumpkin and mash until smooth, add the liquid from step 6 to the pumpkin and continue to mash until smooth
- Add the pumpkin to the frying pan and stir to mix with the bacon
- Add the cream to the frying pan and stir to mix with the bacon and pumpkin.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 mins Slice and steam the green beans for 8-10 mins
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the frying pan and stir to coat in the pumpkin mixture, the pasta will absorb the liquid
- Serve
